Securities or financial resources management is one of several alternative and modern forms of increasing assets. Based on our experience and expertise, Raiffeisen Banka efficiently manages your investments. Coupled with new know-how provided by the Raiffeisen Group, we strive to create the optimum profit with your assets.

When designing your personal portfolio, we take into account the deadline you have set to increase your assets and the amount of assets you entrust to our management.

Who can benefit from this form of management?

Securities management is especially suitable for those who are looking for the following:

  • To maintain or increase their assets;
  • To have a profitable investment portfolio, harmonized with their requirements and desires;
  • To provide for the financial security of their family and children;
  • To reduce stress when making important financial decisions.

It is also suitable for those who, due to lack of time, knowledge or experience, cannot manage their investments in securities themselves and would like us to do that for them.

Advantages of financial resources management

  • Assets are managed by experts;
  • Individual counseling;
  • We help you define your attitude to accepting risk;
  • We help you create your investment portfolio;
  • We follow your goals and desires.

Basic investment strategies

Based on your instructions, we will help you prepare a management contract detailing shares of investments in individual securities.

In the following, some examples of types of investments with regard to different investment intentions are presented

% shares % bonds % money
Maintaining value 15 60 25
Profit 30 50 20
Profit/growth 45 45 10
Growth 65 30 5
Aggressive growth 80 15 5

In the figure below, a graphic depiction of possible profits of different investment types in the long term is presented. These are based on long-term statistical averages of individual investment type profits. As you can see from the chart, profit fluctuations are greater as we move towards the more risky and, on average, more profitable investments. This means that when expressing the desire to achieve higher profit, we must also take into account greater fluctuations of the portfolio value. At any given moment in time we can have great profit; however, at another there can be loss. Previous profits are no guarantee of future profits. They are, however, definitely a good indication of the movement framework of an individual investment type.
